Effective March 31 st , UPS will add multiple payment type processing fees to all customer’s invoices.
UPS will begin to make it more costly to not only ship a package but pay for it as well. Consider the
following changes:

Effective March 10 th – US Ground and SurePost Fuel Surcharge tables will incur an additional .5% to each band level. Fuel tables adjust weekly. For the latest Fuel Surcharge tables go to:

Undoubtedly, in response to taking back delivery of SurePost packages from the USPS.
Zone Changes
Effective March 24, 2025, UPS will adjust the zones for certain Origin/Destination zip code pairs. New zone charts will be made available March 24 th via UPS.com. Keep in mind Zone changes occur on a regular basis and depend on your organization’s specific Origin location.
While UPS will tell you the fees are necessary to “modernize” your options, additional fees and surcharges levied by carriers never seem to end.
Keep in mind is that EVERYTHING is negotiable.
